Kathy-Ann Hosten-Peters

Kathy-Ann has been with the Law Offices of Neal Rosenberg since 2006. Kathy-Ann received a Bachelor of Science degree in Paralegal Studies from New York City Technical College. She has served as a Paralegal for twenty-five years, of which twenty years has been in the area of special education law. Kathy-Ann is firmly committed to serving children and parents in the special education community. 

Kathy-Ann began her career in special education law with the New York City Department of Education, General Counsel Office in their Special Education Unit. After spending five years in that role, she joined the Law Offices of Neal H. Rosenberg as a Paralegal. Currently, Kathy-Ann is the Senior Paralegal and, in addition to the responsibilities associated with her role, she oversees the training of newly hired Paralegals and Clerks.
